Cathleen fell in love with Southwest Indian designs when she and her family moved to New Mexico in 1973. She then discovered the art of using gourds as her canvas. She creates ornaments, vessels, masks, nativities, vases, Indian figures, dioramas and anything else she can think of. Although designs can be repeated, each item is unique - hand-drawn and painted. An original piece of art.
